Konstruct is seeking a Lead Recruitment Consultant for Data Center Construction in Coral Gables, Miami. You will own your vertical from day one, building relationships with US clients and shaping the growth strategy in a high-demand market. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of agency recruitment experience, preferably in data center/construction sectors in the US.
