Lead Recruitment Consultant – Data Center Construction (Konstruct) MUST HAVE MINIMUM 1 YEAR AGENCY RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE - can be within any market. The Opportunity This is a day-one leadership role with full ownership of your own vertical. You won’t inherit a desk - you’ll build one, developing your market, clients, and strategy in a high-demand, talent-short sector. What You’ll Do Build and grow your own recruitment vertical Develop client relationships across the US data center construction market Lead business development and market expansion Contribute to brand positioning and future team growth Why Join Konstruct?
