Salary: $50,000 per year

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist / Recruiting Assistant to join our growing team in Aventura, Florida . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both recruiting and human resources and is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
• Post and manage job openings across multiple hiring platforms.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain employee files and ensure HR records are accurate and up to date.
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding paperwork.
• Support employee relations and respond to general HR inquiries.
• Help monitor employee compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with benefits administration and leave tracking.
• Prepare employment verification letters and other HR documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or administrative support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS software is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
