Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Overview Summary: The Licensed Therapist (LPCC) provides clinical services to patients regarding their mental health needs. This includes psychosocial assessments and utilizing individual, family, and group therapies that meet established standards of care. Develops patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassesses treatment plans appropriately. Part of a multidisciplinary team that provides clinical services in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities Provide clinical services to patients regarding their mental health needs. Conduct psychosocial assessments and utilize individual, family, and group therapies that meet established standards of care. Develop patient treatment plans with patient and family participation and reassess treatment plans as appropriate. Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering outpatient clinical services. Qualifications Master’s degree in counseling from an accredited college or university. Current unrestricted LPCC or LCSW license in the state(s) of practice. Current unrestricted LCADC in the state(s) of practice. Thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field.
