Payroll specialist

We are seeking a part-time payroll specialist. This role exists to ensure seamless bi-weekly payroll operations and accurate general ledger reporting during an internal department transition. You will own the payroll workflow from Paylocity processing to ERP journal entry posting, protecting team stability and deadline integrity.

salary: $25 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Execute bi-weekly payroll processing for <200>
• Extract payroll, department summary, and GL reports from Paylocity.
• Populate pre-built Excel templates to format data and upload payroll journal entries into the ERP system.
• Support 401(k) empower reporting and partner with HR on employee data changes.
