Marketing Specialist - Skincare

Location: Morristown, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week The Opportunity Marketing Operations Specialist Our client, a well-established business operating within the consumer healthcare and skincare sector, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys balancing creative marketing execution with operational excellence. The successful candidate will play a key role supporting marketing initiatives, managing promotional assets and inventory, and partnering closely with sales teams, external vendors, and international stakeholders. Location: Morristown, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities Marketing & Creative Support Create, update, and maintain a variety of marketing collateral including brochures, sales aids, promotional materials, banners, product launch assets, and point-of-sale displays. Coordinate updates to existing materials following packaging refreshes, product claim changes, and broader marketing revisions. Manage the development and production of promotional items, training materials, and in-office display solutions. Liaise with external design agencies, printers, and suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective delivery of marketing materials. Maintain organised libraries of approved brand assets, product imagery, and marketing resources. Marketing Operations & Project Coordination Coordinate the setup and distribution of marketing materials through internal systems and warehouse operations. Manage the creation, ordering, and shipment of new marketing collateral. Support the delivery of monthly promotional campaigns, ensuring materials are produced and deployed within agreed timelines. Monitor inventory levels and forecast future requirements for marketing materials and promotional stock. Track marketing expenditure, process invoices, raise purchase orders, and support budget administration. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, inventory management, supplier performance, and cross-functional collaboration. Sales Enablement & Field Support Support field sales teams with the ordering and fulfilment of marketing materials, promotional items, displays, and event collateral. Coordinate event-specific requests for conferences, trade shows, meetings, and customer-facing activities. Manage onboarding materials and business card requests for new employees. Respond to day-to-day sales support requests, resolving issues relating to marketing materials, shipments, and promotional stock. Track deliveries and work with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve fulfilment issues as required. Skills & Experience 2-3 years' experience in a marketing operations, marketing coordinator, sales support, or similar role. Experience supporting a field-based sales organisation. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, solution-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership and urgency. Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams, international stakeholders, and external vendors. Experience with inventory management, purchasing processes, or marketing fulfilment activities is advantageous. Graphic design capabilities and proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe InDesign would be beneficial.
