Senior Product Marketing Manager, AI Platform

Senior Product Marketing Manager – AI Platform Drive Zendesk’s product marketing efforts to ensure successful launch, adoption, and impact of AI platform capabilities for building and customizing AI agents and agentic workflows on Zendesk. Responsibilities Conduct market and customer research to inform messaging and positioning. Develop clear and consistent messaging, craft materials to support customer‑facing interactions (sales pitch decks, messaging source documents, use cases, personas, etc.). Create compelling storytelling and communication materials; develop slides and collateral that are clean, easy to read, professional, on‑brand, and clearly communicate the point. Develop visual stories with a clear message for live and digital events, and produce fundamental sales enablement assets. Leverage learnings from conversations and recordings to improve training and assets. Lead release marketing efforts from roadmap through webinar, elevating overall execution. Deeply understand Zendesk’s products and value proposition; act as subject‑matter expert for the discipline. Develop technical marketing materials that showcase differentiation to an IT audience. Identify, develop, and write customer stories that articulate value through a customer‑success lens; build relationships with top customers to participate in the customer story program. Assess quality of use cases for storytelling; write well‑written customer stories that highlight Zendesk value. Implement and iterate product discovery initiatives to drive adoption and increase stickiness. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Success, Analyst, and Investor Relations teams to develop strategic frameworks, assets for campaigns, enablement, press releases, analyst briefings, etc. Bring innovative ideas to improve deliverables or processes; support cross‑functional efforts including long‑range planning and regional programs. Provide strategic updates and presentations to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Act proactively, own projects, manage execution, meet deadlines, and communicate impacts. Own PMM efforts for Zendesk’s AI platform capabilities for building custom automation (Agent Builder and Custom Agents); align with PM team on roadmap; develop GTM plan for launches and execute with stakeholders. Compensation The US annualized base salary range for this position is $183,000.00 - $275,000.00. The position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
