We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and professional Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our program. This position provides administrative support to leadership and departments while helping maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional office environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage incoming calls, greet visitors and clients, and provide professional customer service in person and by phone. Provide general administrative and clerical support, including correspondence, filing, copying, scanning, mailing, and maintaining office records. Maintain office supplies, equipment, policies, procedures, and the overall organization and appearance of administrative areas and the employee breakroom. Assist departments with administrative tasks, including HR recruiting and onboarding, program activities, and special events such as Sunshine Days. Coordinate with Accounting, IT, vendors, and other internal and external contacts to address administrative and office needs. Plan and coordinate office activities, meetings, celebrations, and other in-house or offsite events. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism while serving as a liaison between leadership, staff, clients, and outside contacts. Complete business errands and other assigned duties while managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing program needs. Qualifications 3–5 years of office administration experience preferred. High School Diploma required. Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. CPR certification or willingness to obtain. Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
