Hello Counselor,

This is an associate position as a family law associate with a salary commensurate upon experience. Our range of salary for an attorney coming on to our law firm is $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 and a wonderful benefits package offering what was previously unheard of for a boutique firm in health, dental, vision, disability, and a retirement match. This is a family law, boutique practice that headquarters in Arlington Heights, Illinois and a fully operational satellite office in Saint Charles. We serve all of Cook and the Collar Counties. We are a growing and active practice that emphasizes team work and serving the client's interests. We do not seek out unnecessary litigation; but are able to go to trial, but prefer an amicable resolution that serves the client's interests. The ideal candidate is able to handle a trial as Chair 1 with the support of a Chair 2. This is not about how many years one has, but how many comfortable one feels at trial. The amount of our attorney's caseload is dependent upon the complexity of issues within each case and the size of the estate. I am a four-time, Super Lawyer in family law for Illinois and hold myself and our team to the highest standards in practice and ethics. We are a supportive team that truly enjoys working with each other.
