\n \nWade Clark Mulcahy LLP – New York Office is growing, and we’re looking for 1–2 litigation attorneys with 2+ years of experience to join our busy, collaborative team.

\n \nWhat You’ll Be Doing
\n \nThis is hands-on litigation from day one. You’ll manage your own caseload and take cases all the way to trial.
\n \nYour work will likely include but is not limited to:
\n- \n
- Premises liability \n
- Motor vehicle accidents \n
- Construction accidents \n
- Products liability \n
- Property damage and wrongful death claims \n
You’ll make in-person court appearances, conduct depositions, and advocate for clients while keeping them informed every step of the way.
\n \nWho You Are
\nYou’re someone who:
\n- \n
- Is admitted to practice in New York (other bars are a plus!) \n
- Has 2+ years of litigation experience \n
- Writes clearly and persuasively \n
- Is curious, ambitious, and takes pride in your work product \n
- Wants to grow as a trial attorney—not just push paper \n
Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: $115,000–$160,000 (commensurate with experience) \n
