Summary As a Business Analyst, you will partner withour Mortgage and Title teamsandourengineeringteam to define requirements, support delivery, and improve business processes and outcomes. KeyJobResponsibilities Partner withteammates and stakeholdersto document processes, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that support business goals. Lead conversations with stakeholders to understand needs, confirm priorities, and help shape practical solutions. Create clear project materials such as process maps, scope notes, meeting summaries, and stakeholder updates. Support delivery through reviews, testing, and rollout preparation, including checking AI-assisted work when used. Build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and help teams improve through measurable results and feedback. JobQualifications Relevant education, experience, or a combination of both. Experience gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Strong communicationand collaboration skills, with the ability to turn business needs into clear next steps. Familiarity with process improvement, root cause analysis, testing support, change enablement, and practical AI use in business workflows. Abilityto manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment; experience with Agile or hybrid delivery and collaboration tools is a plus.
