Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual and group assessments to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth

• Facilitating crisis prevention and response efforts within the school community
• Providing counseling, behavioral intervention, and progress monitoring as needed
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations
