This full-time position is available from September 1, 2026, through June 2027, based near Rochester, NY. You’ll be an essential resource for educators, students, and families—conducting assessments, counseling, and collaborating with school teams to foster a positive learning environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Prior experience working in K-12 educational settings
• Strong understanding of special education processes, psychological evaluations, and IEP development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when interacting with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and compassionately

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Participate in IEP and student support team meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
• Offer direct counseling services to students, both individually and in groups
• Consult with teachers and administrators regarding academic and behavioral interventions
• Assist in the development and monitoring of progress for students with behavioral, emotional, and social needs
• Support crisis intervention efforts and provide relevant training to staff as needed
