Pay: $38.46

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to help onboard new clients, provide training, and ensure a smooth transition into our services. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting overall account success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients and account rollouts.
• Conduct virtual and in-person training on company products and services.
• Provide product, industry, and application support to new customers.
• Gather and maintain accurate account information and user details.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and refer leads to the sales team.
• Maintain detailed client records in Salesforce and other company systems.
• Stay current on company products, services, and industry trends.
• Partner with Client Relations to ensure a seamless handoff after onboarding.
• Travel as needed to support client training and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales/account management experience.
• 3+ years of account management, client success, customer onboarding, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
