Job Description

In this position you will be responsible for tracking warehouse stock, orders, and merchandise in this position. If you are an individual who can complete tasks successfully with little supervision, then we are interested in you. As a production worker, you will oversee the correct quality of materials, and the end products produced by the company to achieve performance targets safely; cost-effectively and be a part of a company where culture is our greatest asset.

Responsibilities:

• General housekeeping (Utility), functions include scanning, sorting, and loading merchandise.
• Other functions may include packing bags in corrugated boxes and palletizing.
• Meet and exceed all safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Job functions are subject to change from day to day depending on customer requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work the entire shift from start to finish.
• Non-slip shoes are required.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is S18-$21, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation once hired as permanent employee at our client. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
