Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team at Care and Rehab in Barron, WI. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to nursing staff in a fast-paced environment. This position includes alternating weekends and holidays, openings for day, evening, and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Provide support and comfort to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and patient care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Basic knowledge of nursing and patient care procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
