Missions

You contribute to ensuring the continuity of the functioning of the digital transformation directorate's services, pilot organizational processes, and coordinate the logistical means necessary for their activity. You work with all services of the DTNUM, the direction of performance evaluation, procurement, finance, and real estate (DEPAFI) for the processing of invoices.

Your main activities:

• Implement one or more organizational processes ensuring the continuity of the functioning of the DTNUM services;
• Supervise external service providers, control the proper execution of their interventions, and verify the conformity of orders;
• Conduct legal and budgetary surveillance on anticipated and actual consumptions and participate in the elaboration and implementation of the cost reduction plan;
• Register invoices and perform the service within your scope, in conjunction with DEPAFI via Chorus form;
• Organize the distribution of resources and manage logistical aspects: travel via Chorus DT, telephony, furniture, office supplies, vehicle loans, photocopiers, subscriptions, documentation, IT consumables, representation expenses, trainee stipends, purchase cards, and relocations;
• Inventory available resources and conduct inventories;
• Manage the functional email box of the office;
• Ensure versatility across all office activities, excluding authority of issuance and attachment missions (ADR).

Your cross-functional activities:

• Under the authority of the head of the general resources office, you also provide logistical support to the communication office for events organized internally or at external sites: seminars, fairs, and receptions.
• In conjunction with the human resources office, which performs local registration authority functions (AEL), the general resources office also fulfills ADR missions for agent cards, certificates, and temporary cards.

Group RIFSEEP 2 The position is full-time (38h/week) and entitles to 25 annual leave days and 16 days of ARTT. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, committed to the digital transformation of the State and focused on public innovation.
