¡iStaffing está contratando! Estamos buscando Asociados de Producción para una empresa líder en el procesamiento de jaiba ubicada en Los Ángeles, CA.

Esta es una excelente oportunidad para quienes buscan un empleo estable con posibilidad de crecimiento. No se requiere experiencia; ofrecemos capacitación pagada.

Responsabilidades

Procesar, limpiar y empacar jaiba.
Clasificar e inspeccionar el producto de acuerdo con los estándares de calidad.
Etiquetar y preparar pedidos para distribución.
Cumplir con las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP), procedimientos HACCP y normas de inocuidad alimentaria.
Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, organizada y sanitizada.
Seguir todas las políticas de seguridad y utilizar el equipo de protección personal (PPE) durante toda la jornada laboral.

Requisitos

No se requiere experiencia; experiencia en producción, alimentos o almacén es una ventaja.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en 1er, 2do o 3er turno .
Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente frío o refrigerado.
Permanecer de pie durante largos períodos.
Capacidad para levantar hasta 40 libras .
Ser responsable, puntual y con buena actitud.
Autorización para trabajar en los Estados Unidos.

Ambiente de trabajo

El trabajo se realiza en una planta de procesamiento de alimentos refrigerada. Todos los empleados deben cumplir con estrictas normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria, incluyendo el uso obligatorio de cofia, guantes, bata y demás equipo de protección personal. No se permite el uso de joyería, uñas postizas, pestañas postizas ni esmalte de uñas dentro del área de producción.
