Assistant Controller - Family Office

Real Estate Investment & Development Salary: $150,000 - $225,000 per year Responsibilities Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements of the company, primarily covering commercial real estate investments and operations. Produce property‑level financial statements on a timely and periodic basis. Assist with the preparation of the annual budget, including analysis of past performance and projection of future operating results and non‑recurring items. Review and assess quarterly budget‑to‑actual variances; prepare quantitative and qualitative analyses, including line‑item and executive summary analyses, of the company’s actual results relative to the budget. Collaborate with the third‑party tax accounting firm to identify, communicate, and resolve issues to optimize the company’s tax position. Prepare business plans and other key initiatives.
