Pay Rate: $19.25 per hour

Shift: Monday to Thursday: 4 days/shift 10 hrs aprox.

What's a typical day as Maintenance Technician? You'll be:

• Performing assigned preventive maintenance tasks and minor mechanical repairs on material-handling and other distribution center equipment
• Utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to complete maintenance worksheets and follow best practices
• Ensuring efficient operation of material handling equipment by clearing jams and removing foreign materials
• Conducting general building maintenance duties such as lamp replacement, simple construction, wiring, repairs of overhead doors, and plumbing
• Maintaining a safe work environment by documenting and correcting potential safety issues

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Being able to work in Carolina or Catano, wherever the need is.
• Have at least 1 year of maintenance experience in facilities, United States Armed Forces, distribution, or manufacturing, and possess an Associate's Degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology (must-have)
• Are knowledgeable in industrial electricity, including single-phase and three-phase power, motors, protective devices, and/or photo sensors (must-have)
• Have at least 6 months of experience with hand and power tools such as drills, fasteners, and saws (must-have)
• Understand mechanical theory including bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor construction, and operation
• Are willing and able to climb up to 100 feet and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation (must-have)
• Can perform repetitive physical tasks such as bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, twisting, sitting, standing, and walking (must-have)
• Possess fluent English communication skills to participate in interviews and assessments (must-have)
