Job Summary


We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Welder to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who have a basic understanding of welding -whether through school, previous work, or hands-on exposure-and are looking to grow their skills. We provide hands-on training to help you develop into a skilled welder.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with welding tasks under supervision
• Perform basic welds and continue developing skills through on-the-job training
• Read and follow simple blueprints or work instructions
• Prepare materials and maintain an organized work area
• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of welding preferred (education, hobby, or entry-level experience)
• No certification required; training is provided
• Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to use basic tools and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
