Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary construction administrator during the construction phase for commercial and multifamily projects
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documentation
• Coordinate between contractors, consultants, and internal design teams
• Conduct site visits and ensure construction aligns with design intent
• Review shop drawings and construction progress
• Support project teams in maintaining schedules and budgets
• Utilize construction management platforms to track and document progress

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a construction administrator or similar role
• Proven experience with both commercial and multifamily projects
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Experience with Autodesk Build, Procore, or similar construction software
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced Dallas environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Background as a construction administrator within an architectural firm
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and contract administration
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
