About the Position:

MCH is seeking a e nergetic, and organized individual to join our HR team. Candidate should be an independent critical thinker who is motivated to succeed. Duties include recruiting and walking people through the hiring process. Also included are all aspects of HR - building employee files, helping with facility orientation, working with supervisors to ensure proper orientation/integration into the team, and discipline to name a few.

Full-time, Monday-Friday, benefit eligible position. Base pay: 27.50/hour and up DOE

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of HR Experience
• 4-year degree
• Full-Time
• In-Person (Superior, MT)
