Education and Certifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent advanced degree from an accredited institution
• Current state licensing as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification ideally required
• Specialty certifications such as neurological or geriatric are advantageous but not mandatory
