Position Details:

• Salary: $19–$21 per hour (paid weekly)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30am–7pm
• Location: Winchester, VA

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, review, and finalize inbound and outbound shipments.
• Track, trace, and expedite shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve transportation or shipping concerns quickly.
• Nurture relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
• Take customer calls and provide solutions that exceed expectations.

We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have:

• A high school diploma or GED (required)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (required)
• Prior customer service experience (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities to excel in a fast-paced workplace
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily responsibilities
