- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; candidates with a non-accounting degree should possess at least 3 years of accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to apply them in a professional environment.
- ERP experience required; NetSuite experience is preferred for this Accounting Specialist opportunity.
- Experience supporting month-end close, account reconciliations, reporting, or general accounting functions.
