Job Overview Job Type: Regular Work • Location: Market - AMRET - NJ - New York 291 Join 2020 Companies as a Merchant Brand Ambassador and play a key role in building retail partner relationships, increasing program visibility, and supporting business growth across your territory! Schedule: Monday - Friday • Pay: $25 per hour plus 10% monthly bonus opportunity. Key Responsibilities Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship‑focused manner. Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits. Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence. Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in store. Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems. Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met. What This Role Looks Like Field‑based position with daily travel within your assigned territory. Approximately 22‑35 retail visits per day depending on geography and scheduling. Mix of in‑store engagement, driving, and administrative follow‑up. Independent work style with strong support from leadership and training teams. Benefits and Compensation No weekends. Minimum six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working independently in a field‑based environment. Organized, reliable, and able to manage a daily route. Adaptable, professional, and customer‑focused. Prior retail, sales, field marketing, or customer‑facing experience is a plus. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent presentation and problem‑solving skills. Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. Maintain customer confidentiality. Reliable transportation within assigned territory.
