Office Clerk

Northern Sales Company, a trusted business in Juneau, AK for over 60 years, is seeking a dedicated Office Clerk to join our team. Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Enter customer orders accurately into the system
• Process customer invoices and credits
• File and maintain customer invoice records
• Provide general office support as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of office clerk or administrative experience preferred, but not required
• Customer service experience
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong reliability and dependability
• Willingness to learn new processes and systems
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Compensation

$18.00 per hour , full-time, hourly permanent position. Standard schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
