The facility is well-equipped with advanced technology and therapeutic tools, ensuring the highest standard of care is consistently met.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient evaluations and re-evaluations, interpreting results with precision to inform treatment strategies.Perform thorough chart reviews and detailed data collection to support effective decision-making.Engage in collaborative discussions with healthcare professionals, leveraging their insights to address patient histories and specific needs.Utilize expert knowledge of complex diagnoses to develop targeted treatment programs and recognize contraindications/precautions effectively.Demonstrate innovation and efficiency in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans for a diverse caseload that spans orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and other therapeutic domains.Monitor clinical outcomes, collaborating with fellow therapists to address complex or outlier cases, ensuring the best possible patient outcomes.Patient Population / Client FocusOur patient population at Move Right Therapy encompasses individuals across all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics. We manage cases that involve post-operative recovery, chronic illness rehabilitation, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and various orthopedic issues. By offering personalized therapy solutions, we aim to promote recovery, enhance mobility, and improve overall well-being, reinforcing our commitment to patient health and happiness.QualificationsActive and valid license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida.A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.Organizational skills to manage a diverse patient caseload in a dynamic setting.Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex treatment scenarios.A genuine passion for improving patient outcomes and enhancing individuals' quality of life through therapeutic interventions.Preferred ExperienceExperience working in a rehabilitation or therapy setting, particularly within physical therapy.Knowledge of evidence-based practices and new treatment methodologies to stay current with industry developments.Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems to streamline patient documentation and care management.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and patient caseload management.
