Technical Support Associate

To support a growing technical support team, the part-time Technical Support Associate will provide detailed service to customers via phone and email, advocate for customer needs, and collaborate with other support teams to enhance the customer experience in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Providing prompt and efficient service by engaging directly with customers to resolve issues related to Blink's products Collaborating with other customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support Acting as a customer advocate by reporting observed areas for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions Required qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience Fluency in German, including speaking, writing, and reading Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
