Job Details Job Location: Corporate Headquarters - El Paso, TX 79903 Position Type: Part Time Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00 Hourly Job Shift: Any Position: Bookkeeper Pay rate: $18.00 - $25.00 hourly (Depending on experience) Job Summary The Bookkeeper is a vital member of our finance team and plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. This position will be responsible for recording and managing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, generating financial reports, and providing essential support to various members of the company. Responsibilities Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations and commission payout logs. Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. Serve as a backup, to accounts payable and receivable duties, including tracking, preparing and processing vendor invoices, follow up on outstanding invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents in a timely manner. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports and budgets. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to data security protocols. Provide support during audits, including preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries. Other duties as assigned, including assisting in special projects. QualificationsQualifications and Skills 3-5 years’ proven experience in QuickBooks Online. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in accounting practices and MS Office Suite (especially Excel). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication.
