Senior Industrial Reliability Technician — Saxonburg, PAA Night in This Role

Picture this: it's 10:55 PM in Saxonburg, PA. You’re stepping onto the floor, reviewing overnight work orders, and walking the line to make sure production kicks off smoothly. A vibration alert pings on a motor; you diagnose, isolate, and correct the issue before it becomes downtime. A teammate flags an intermittent PLC fault—you trace it, verify power at 120/208/240/480, lock out what needs attention, and get operations back on track. That’s your impact—steady, skilled, and essential.

Compensation & Schedule

• Shift: M-F 11pm-7am
• Shift Differential: $1.50
• Hourly Rate: $27–$33 depending on experience

What You’ll Do

• Carry out routine service and corrective repairs on facility machinery and building systems.
• Inspect equipment to detect issues early and uphold safety compliance.
• Help plan, stage, and complete maintenance projects on schedule.
• Partner with teammates to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and controls problems.
• Document work performed, parts used, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Respond quickly to urgent calls and after-hours maintenance needs.
• Drive the rollout and execution of preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience in maintenance or a closely related trade.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating within a team.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Clear, professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
