Our client is an innovative technology company specializing in smart inventory management, automated dispensing, and asset management solutions. Their technology helps organizations automate the way they manage and distribute critical workplace supplies and assets.

They are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team in Indianapolis, IN .

The Role

As an SDR, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and building the sales pipeline. You'll be responsible for researching target accounts, prospecting senior decision-makers, and qualifying opportunities for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and engage potential customers through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers, including senior and C-level executives
• Prospect into IT, operations, facilities, procurement, and other relevant buyer groups
• Work through a defined account list and help reactivate dormant accounts
• Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Consistently work toward weekly activity and qualified-meeting targets
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity information in HubSpot
• Collaborate with the sales team on account strategies and outreach messaging
• Continuously learn, take feedback, and improve your sales skills

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience
• Comfortable cold-calling and emailing senior-level and C-level executives
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience prospecting into IT, operations, facilities, or procurement buyers is preferred
• Experience working a defined account list or reactivating dormant accounts is a plus
• Coachable, resilient, competitive, and genuinely interested in a career in sales
• Comfortable working toward weekly activity and meeting targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Available to work on-site in Indianapolis
