Role Description The Social Media Growth Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Burbank, CA. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing social media content across key platforms to drive audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness for Times10 and its clients. Day-to-day tasks include developing audience-focused social media strategies, managing content calendars, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights. The specialist will collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure social content aligns with brand objectives and cultural trends. The role also includes community management, trend monitoring, and ongoing experimentation with new formats, features, and platforms to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Marketing, with experience developing and executing growth-focused campaigns. Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, including writing, visual storytelling, and adapting content to multiple platforms. Knowledge of Digital Marketing tactics and how social media integrates with broader digital strategies. Excellent Communication skills, including clear writing, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and professional client interaction. Experience using social analytics tools to track KPIs, interpret performance data, and make data-informed recommendations. Ability to stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging formats that influence audience behavior. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and content calendars in a fast-paced environment.
