What we are looking for… We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Accounting Operations Coordinator to support our order management team and accounting operations. This individual will handle a wide variety of tasks related to bookkeeping, data entry, and backend operations to ensure smooth and seamless day to day activities. What you will do...

• Process orders, bills, and customer invoices.
• Review order documents for accuracy.
• Communicate with internal teams and external parties.
• Track and organize orders, ensuring timely responses.
• Follow company record-keeping procedures.
• Assist in basic accounting tasks for payables and receivables.
• Input financial data into QuickBooks and CRM.
• Assist in collecting audit request information.
• Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all documentation.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Order and manage office supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring…

• An associate degree in business, accounting, finance or other related field or two years of experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in accounting or finance role is advantageous.
• Experience using QuickBooks, Office 365, and Teams.
• Understanding of accrued accounting principles.
