What You’ll Do: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the mortgage process from start to finish. Analyze clients' financial profiles to recommend the best loan products to meet their needs. Work closely with our in-house underwriting and processing teams to ensure smooth and timely closings. Stay updated on lending guidelines, market trends, and innovative mortgage solutions. Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting or exceeding production goals. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in mortgage lending or sales. A strong network and ability to develop new client relationships. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. High energy, positive attitude, and a team player mindset. Licensed or willing to become licensed in Arizona.
