What You'll Do
**

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you'll help clients achieve homeownership while growing your own book of business.

Your responsibilities include:

• Originate and close residential mortgage loans from application to closing
• Respond to inbound calls and company-generated leads
• Build lasting relationships with borrowers through exceptional service
• Analyze financial information and recommend the best loan solutions
• Educate borrowers on Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and other mortgage products
• Guide clients through every step of the mortgage process
• Work closely with processors and operations to ensure smooth, on-time closings
• Maintain compliance with all lending guidelines and regulations

What We're Looking For
**

**
Required
**

• Active NMLS License
• Mortgage sales experience
• Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and residential mortgage products
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment

**
Preferred
**

• 1+ year of mortgage loan origination experience

Compensation
**

Expected Earnings:** **$60,000 - $300,000+ annually
**
