Responsibilities include: Welcoming guests and managing arrivals and departures Answering phone calls and assisting with reservations Responding to guest needs and inquiries with professionalism and care Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to maintain smooth daily operations Handling cash and payments accurately Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area Completing shift close-out tasks to support the next team member Each day offers something new-this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and meaningful guest interaction.
