Customer Success Coordinator

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Customer Success Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting client relationships, coordinating onboarding activities, responding to customer inquiries, and helping ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, people-oriented, and interested in building a career in customer success, client services, account management, or business operations.

The Customer Success Coordinator will work closely with customers and internal teams to promote customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and support long-term client retention.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in customer experience, client success, account coordination, or operations support.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer onboarding and implementation activities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support requests
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account information
  • Track customer engagement and satisfaction metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Prepare customer reports and status updates
  • Monitor renewal timelines and client milestones
  • Document customer feedback and improvement opportunities
  • Assist with retention and relationship-building initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information
  • Support special projects and operational tasks as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, operations, or support roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset
