Field Marketing Manager

Erie Home

Erie Home, a national leader in premium residential roofing and exterior remodeling, is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive homeowner demand in local markets. In this role, you’ll plan and execute territory-based campaigns, home shows, events, and direct response programs that fuel our sales teams. You’ll collaborate closely with regional sales leaders, manage budgets and vendors, and track ROI to continuously improve performance. This position is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in the field, enjoys measurable impact, and wants to grow with a fast-expanding construction and home improvement brand.
