Chief EngineerAs the Chief Engineer, you will lead and oversee the engineering operations at the resort, playing a crucial role in shaping the maintenance programs and ensuring the team works together to achieve the organization's annual business goals.Responsibilities:Leads a team of motivated Maintenance TechniciansCompletes property repairs and manages capital projects with company guidelines.Develops and completes the pivotal initiatives for the Engineering department, and makes adjustments to the operations in order to meet the strategic goals and interests of Resort OperationsEnsure that the property's Emergency Preparedness and Safety Awareness Plan(s) are updated and current at all times.Maintains an accurate inventory of operating supplies, and ensures that proper purchasing procedures are followed to maintain an adequate supply.
