Vice President, Electrical Engineering About the Company Respected engineering consultancy Industry Civil Engineering Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering leader to join their well-established, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy. The successful candidate will take on a senior leadership role within the transportation and infrastructure practice, with a focus on delivering complex, mission-critical infrastructure programs. This hands-on, seller-doer position requires a combination of technical oversight, client engagement, and people leadership. The role involves providing strategic and technical direction across major infrastructure projects, leading multi-disciplinary electrical scopes, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients and delivery partners. The candidate will also be responsible for mentoring engineers and supporting future business growth. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and at least 15 years' of experience in delivering electrical systems on large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects. A strong background in public-sector or heavily regulated environments, as well as experience working across multi-disciplinary and design or design-build programs, is essential. The role demands a candidate who is comfortable operating at a senior, client-facing, and leadership level, and who can contribute to the long-term growth and leadership within the practice.
