Cambridge Healthcare Services is seeking a Benefits Manager to lead the design, implementation, and administration of comprehensive employee benefits across 35 California facilities. You will oversee leave programs (FMLA/CFRA/ADA), retirement plan administration, and annual open enrollment while ensuring ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA compliance. You will supervise the Benefits and Retirement Administration team and partner with HR leadership to optimize total rewards and employee well-being. #J-18808-Ljbffr
