Budtender / Key Holder / Receptionist

We are a licensed cannabis dispensary in Costa Mesa looking to hire a friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable Receptionist/Budtender/Key Holders to join our team.
What We’re Looking For

Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality
Strong knowledge of cannabis products (strains, effects, consumption methods, etc.)
Comfortable engaging with customers and answering questions
Flexible availability, including weekends
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle light cleaning and organizational tasks
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to navigate POS systems.

Pay & Compensation
Budtender shifts: $20/hour + tips
Reception shifts: $22/hour + 20% of total budtender tips
Key Holder shifts $22/hour + tips

Requirements
Must be 21+
Must be able to pass a background check required by the City of Costa Mesa
No prior drug-related charges (per city regulations)
Must be eligible to work in a licensed cannabis environment
