We are a licensed cannabis dispensary in Costa Mesa looking to hire a friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable Receptionist/Budtender/Key Holders to join our team.
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products (strains, effects, consumption methods, etc.)
- Comfortable engaging with customers and answering questions
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle light cleaning and organizational tasks
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to navigate POS systems.
Pay & Compensation
- Budtender shifts: $20/hour + tips
- Reception shifts: $22/hour + 20% of total budtender tips
- Key Holder shifts $22/hour + tips
Requirements
- Must be 21+
- Must be able to pass a background check required by the City of Costa Mesa
- No prior drug-related charges (per city regulations)
- Must be eligible to work in a licensed cannabis environment
