As a Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jerome Ivie - State Farm Agent, your role is essential to our daily business operations and to ensuring our customers' success. RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth, with a special focus on Spanish-speaking clients.
• Conduct policy reviews, provide personalized recommendations, and address questions effectively in both English and Spanish.
• Manage the resolution of complex customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Leverage your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads in either language.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Comfortable initiating and engaging in sales conversations with diverse clients.
