The hours of this position are 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The salary range for this position is $85,500- $91,000 based on experience. About our school: Marklund Day School is a non-public state-certified school that partners with area school districts to provide a highly specialized education experience. The therapeutic, sensory-driven Multi-Needs Program serves individuals ages 3 through 21 with medical, developmental, and physical disabilities. Through the Life Skills Program, teachers and paraprofessionals provide individualized functional curriculum and supports for students who are diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum, specific learning disabilities, and developmental disabilities. You will make a difference in the lives of our students in the following ways: Conduct Functional Analysis Assessment and Functional Behavior Assessments Write and implement behavior plans Create appropriate data collection systems to track student progress Report quarterly on behavior goals and data included in a student’s IEP Facilitate weekly behavior support meetings Provide ongoing coaching and training within and outside of the classroom Train and supervise classroom Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs) Please note that this job summary is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
