About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Sales for the Southeast USA region. The successful candidate will be a key partner in analyzing and promoting regional sales team performance, as well as in the creation and implementation of innovative sales strategies across all market segments to maximize revenues. This role demands a true sales leader and mentor with a proven track record in driving sales, meeting or exceeding targets, and developing key growth sales strategies. The VP will be responsible for owning and meeting annual sales targets, executing strategic plans, and expanding the customer base. Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to work with executive and C-level leaders. The role also involves overseeing the Enterprise Sales team, identifying market trends, and managing performance to ensure a competitive edge in the market. Candidates for the Vice President, Enterprise Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, with at least 5 years' in a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director role. The ideal candidate will have a history of success in implementing strategic sales plans within a technology sales environment, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and experience in a sales leadership capacity is required, as well as the ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
