The Villa at Marymount, a Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living campus in Garfield Heights, Ohio, is seeking compassionate, reliable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our Evening & Night Shift (7p–7a) care team. Your Responsibilities

• Provide essential overnight care : Assist with hygiene, comfort rounds, mobility, and other essential care tasks
• Monitor resident safety and respond promptly to needs : Ensure the well-being of our residents and respond to any concerns
• Maintain clean, organized resident rooms and care areas : Keep our facilities tidy and comfortable for our residents
• Support nurses and therapists with resident care tasks : Collaborate with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional care
• Ensure residents rest comfortably and safely throughout the night : Prioritize the comfort and safety of our residents during the night shift

What We're Looking For

• Active, unencumbered STNA license : Ensure you have an active and unencumbered license
• Completion of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program : Confirm you've completed a recognized program
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow direction : Demonstrate your ability to work effectively with others
• A calm, caring presence — especially during overnight hours : Showcase your compassionate nature
• High School Diploma or GED preferred : Education is valued, but not necessary
