We are a well established commercial general contractor in the Raleigh area is hiring a Senior Project Manager to run projects from start to finish. This is a hands on role for someone who can own the work and manage relationships.

Project types include:

• Commercial renovations and buildouts
• Retail anchored projects
• Institutional and municipal work
• Ground up commercial projects

What you'll do:

• Manage projects cradle to grave
• Handle budgets, schedules, buyout, and subcontractor coordination
• Lead OAC meetings and act as the main client contact
• Work closely with superintendents and internal teams
• Manage changes, costs, and closeout without unnecessary red tape

What they're looking for:

• Strong experience as a PM with a commercial GC
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Clear communicator with clients and trade partners
• Someone looking for a long term role with a local contractor
