Cleaner

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Cleaner to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming residential communities. • Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, leasing offices, and other shared spaces
• Complete apartment turnover cleaning to prepare units for new residents
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces throughout the property
• Remove trash and recyclables from buildings and surrounding grounds
• Perform light outdoor cleanup, including debris removal and maintaining curb appeal
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards to the property team
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable using common cleaning equipment and supplies

This position is based within a residential community and involves cleaning indoor common areas as well as occasional outdoor grounds cleanup. The role is physically active and requires regular walking, lifting, bending, and standing throughout the day while using standard cleaning tools and equipment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Williamsville, NY.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
